Benefits of good sleep

A lot of us are either sleeping till noon or getting only like 4 hours of sleep.

What is a healthy lifestyle? Most people say that it is important to have at least 8 hours of sleep. We all feel exhausted after a poor night's sleep and fresh after a good night's sleep. But even with this knowledge, in our busy society, many of us don't have the quality sleep that we really need to benefit from from sleeping health. To fall asleep faster find a comfortable position to sleep in, make your room dark, drink a cup of chamomile tea, and get off your phone one hour before you go to sleep (According to SCL Health, the blue light emitted by your phone screen restrains the production of melatonin, the hormone that controls your sleep cycle. Reducing melatonin makes it more difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep and, wake up the next day.)
